Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will launch a solicitation for the furnishing and installation of curtains and sheers in housing units located throughout the Brussels area.� The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.� The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. � All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7.� Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at:� https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM Electronic Submission/Responses: Electronic offers will be accepted.� Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
