Description

This is the synopsis for the Altus AFB Pipeline procurement. A Sources Sought Notice for this requirement was previously publicized under notice identification number SPE602-22-RFI-1001 on May 16, 2022. A DRAFT Schedule B is included in this synopsis posting. The fuel quantity procured from this buy will support Altus AFB, Oklahoma USA. The ordering period is expected to begin 45 days prior to the start of performance.� The delivery period is April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027 with two (2) one-year options: (1) April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2028 and (2) April 1, 2028 - March 31, 2029. The methods of delivery for this requirement will be via pipeline only. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1. The total estimated quantities are as follows: Turbine Fuel Aviation, JAA (NSN 9130-00-359-2026): 230,560,000 USG The products must conform to the following specifications: JAA: ASTM D-1655-19
