Description

Refer to Amendments 1-2 for Q&A, and Amendment 3 for changes.� Refer to the Solicitation and Attachments for details.� The USDA Forest Service, Nebraska National Forest (Region 2) intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price stand alone contract for the installation and replacement of an existing culvert on National Forest Service Road (NFSR) 723 Little Wolf East with a new aquatic organism passage (AOP) style concrete box culvert. � The magnitude of this Construction Project (IAW FAR 36.204) is: Between $100,000 and $250,000. It is estimated that once the contract is awarded, the notice to proceed for materials will be issued. �Work is expected to begin on or around July 5, 2023. �The contract time shall be 100 calendar days from the effective notice to proceed; all work must be completed no later than October 15, 2023; the contract time shall not exceed this date.
