Description

The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Enterprise Acquisition Policy & Strategic Initiatives Division (EAPSI) intends to award a sole source Task Order (TO) to Management Concepts Inc, 8230, Leesburg Pike Street 800, Tysons Corner VA, 22182 (DUNS: 082355652, CAGE Code:5J639) for Training Program Development and Implementation Support Services. The period of performance is for a one (1) twelve-months base period. The anticipated period of performance is from 29 September 2022 to 28 September 2023. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), �Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.�� See the attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source for more information.� All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award.
