Description: The Contractor shall furnish all service and maintenance necessary to perform annual maintenance, support and repair on Government owned STERRAD 100NX. Serial number: 1043140269, ECN: 031846 and Serial number: 1043140317, ECN: 031847. If the equipment is defective in workmanship or materials, or if the software fails to operate in accordance with Original Manufacturer Specifications (OMS), The Contractor shall repair or replace defective parts, software, or the equipment to return the system to fully operational condition. The Contractor shall provide all resources, labor, travel, parts, equipment and management necessary to keep the medical equipment in good operating condition.
