Description

ANNOUNCEMENT: A new document has been uploaded.� The document contains the answer to a question asked for this solicitation.�� This is not an ""Amendment"", thus as of this moment only 5 (five) Amendments are required to be acknowledged on all submitted bids. AMENDMENT 5: The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes: 1. Section J: Added Attachment 12, Museum Salvage Signs. This is a list of signs the USAF Museum would like to salvage once removed by the Contractor. 2. Added to SAM.gov posting: Conformed copy of solicitation. A conformed copy of the solicitation has been uploaded to SAM.gov. �This copy reflects all changes that have been made to the solicitation since the original version. ANNOUNCEMENT: The revised SOW has been uploaded as Attachment 1 AMENDMENT 4: The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes: Block 10: Updated the number and type of signs to replaced and disposed of for this project. AMENDMENT 3: The purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes: Block 10: The Magnitude of this project has been changed to ""between $250,000 and $500,000"". Section J: Attachment 1, Statement of work (SOW) has been revised. Section J: Attachment 11, Pre bid Questions and Answers has been added. ANNOUNCEMENT: The following items have been added to the Attachment/Links section of this Solicitation: 1. Site Visit Attendance Sheet, August 25 2. Six (6) pictures of examples of the type/style of signs to be replaced for this project that were shown during the Site Visit.�� AMENDMENT 2: The Purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes: 1. Section J: Added revised copy of Attachment 10, SDVOSB Self Performacne Certification Worksheet. 2. Section L: Added f. ATTACHMENT 6: Subcontracting worksheet completed, within part L-4 BID SUBMISSION. AMENDMENT 1: The Purpose of this Amendment is to make the following changes: 1. Section L: Updated Bid opening phone number located within L-5, to�321-494-4139. Project Title: Remove/Replace Various Signs - CCSFS� Project Number: DBEH 22-1621� The requirement is for the Contractor to provide all materials, labor, management and supervision necessary to �provide the design, fabrication and installation of sixty five (65) new various signs, as per the standards listed in the Statement of Work. �Additionally, the Contractor is to remove and dispose of sixty-five (65) existing various signs. This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with size standard of $39.5M The Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 (in accordance with FAR 36.204). THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE (SDVOSB). OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. If attending the Site Visit being held on August 25, 2022 @ 0930, complete Section I, and initial Section IV of Attachment 9, Badge Request and submit NLT 12:00 PM EST on August 19, 2022.� Notice to Offerors: �Funds are not presently available for this project. �The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Invitation.
