Description

The Contractor shall provide complete maintenance and service on a Dover Elevator located in the Dormitory building and Thyssenkrupp elevator located in the Dining Hall facility. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, parts, certificates of insurance and certificates of training to accomplish the following; using trained employees, directly employed, supervised and scheduled by the Contractor, inspect, lubricate, adjust and as conditions dictate, repair or replace parts as necessary. Question from the Vendor: Can you please provide photos of controllers? Government Response: Please refer to attachment 1� Amendment 1 removes agricultural provisions that were erronously included and updates pricing and evaluation criteria to ensure consistency and accuracy.� Amendment 2 provides an updated Statement of Work to better reflect current needs. Amendment 3 provides answers to some additional questions� Billing and pricing. Incase of the minor repairs and replacement parts will it able to be billed separately being that we can�t predict cost to add to proposal?� Yes, these can be quoted separately, The requirements are for quarterly maintenance, as well as annual inspections. Does that price need to be worked into pricing?� Yes Clarification on pricing: The total service is for yearly; however, the billing is allowed to be done by month. �
