Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is W913E522Q0030 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 � Construction Machinery Manufacturing which has a size standard of 1,250 employees.� The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), ERDC-CRREL�s Force Projection and Sustainment Branch has a requirement for a Snow Groomer Drag for preparing flat groomed snow surfaces for vehicle testing. The supplier must provide a snow groomer drag with the following specifications: Grooming area dimensions of 7�-9� wide, and 12-15� long. Suitable for pulling behind a 60hp tractor. Hydraulically actuated lift for raising the groomer to tow and lowering to groom. Made of sturdy welded steel construction capable of surviving at least 5 years of grooming service with regular maintenance. Please reference the attached RFQ for instructions and applicable provisions and clauses.� Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. The following factors will be used for evaluation: the offeror's ability to meet the required technical specifications and price.
