Description

Solicitation N0042122Q0584� is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis for Keysight Technologies, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.� Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm. SEE ATTACHED RFQ Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law.� Please complete certification and provide with your offer Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by� September 14th, 2022� will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. �Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
