Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) - BILOXI In Support of the Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System (GCVHS) REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) 36C25622Q1548 BACKGROUND: The EWH Committee is currently collaborating with GCVHCS Innovations Specialists on a project for which GCVHCS was selected as a recipient of an Innovators Network (iNET) Spread Project from VISN 8: Orlando VAMC. The project consists of creating an Employee Whole Health and Wellbeing room to support employee self-care, decrease stress, and improve employee retention. This room will be a respite space for GCVHCS staff and include items such as massage chairs, relaxing music, access to guided imagery/mindfulness/meditation tracks, aromatherapy, virtual reality, coffee, and other items/activities to rejuvenate and refresh employees when they need a break during the day. Three chairs will be placed in the Employee Whole Health and Wellbeing room (Biloxi Campus, Building 30, Room 4F105) and one chair in the Employee Wellnes space at the Mobile Campus (Smoking Shelter) for staff who desire wellness massage. � � � �2.
