This contract action was not awarded competitively and was not fixed-price. The Government required the leasespace be onsite at the regional airport to meet mission objectives. U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following spaceState: North Carolina City: Fayetteville Delineated Area: NAMinimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,280Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,280Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total):0 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term: 180 MonthsFirm Term 180 �MonthsOption Term: N/A Additional Requirements:N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainabilitystandards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100 yearflood plain.
