- This combined synopsis/solicitation is strictly for FY23 Q1-Q3 support only at this time.� This opportunity is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS).� No other pre award notice has been or will be issued.� This CSS is intended to establish a single award purchase order contract for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Aircraft and Unmanned Ground Vehicle support.� The performance start date of 04 Oct 2022 necessitates the response time and no extension is anticipated.� Interested parties are encouraged to review the solicitation and all associated documents in full. The referenced attachments designated as CONTROLLED or CUI in distribution must be formally requested via email to the POC listed herein.� Submission and basis for award information are located within the solicitation document attached to this published notice.� Offerors are solely responsible for monitoring this website SAM.gov for any solicitation updates or otherwise amendments.�� Any questions must be submitted in time and utilizing the provided format attached herein.� If an award is executed, actual funding of the contract action will be based on availability due to possible budget constraints of the Continuing Resolution at that time.� Accordingly, this solicitation is issued Subject to the Availabilty of FY23 Funds IAW FAR 52.232-18 at this time.�� PWS Objective Summary The objective is to provide NSW with select fixed wing aircraft, Full Motion Video (FMV) broadcast, Close Air Support (CAS) munitions training, Call for Fire (CFF), and dynamic unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) to facilitate 'live fire' training.� The intent is for realistic scenario based support.�� See added Question and Answer Template for any related questions.�� AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate section 4.4 of the PWS only.� No further changes as a result of this amendment.��
