The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State:� NC City:� Jacksonville Delineated Area: N: Hwy 258 to S Wilmington St to Gum Branch Road E: Gum Branch Road to Bell Fork Rd to US Hwy 17 S: US Hwy 17 to US Hwy 258 W: US Hwy 258 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 2,541 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 2,668 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):� 3,050 Space Type:� Office Reserved Parking Spaces (Total):� 2 Reserved Parking Spaces (Gated):� 0 Non-Reserved Parking Spaces (Total):� 13 Full Term:� 20 Firm Term:� 5 Termination Rights: 120 days in whole or in part, after the Firm Term Additional Requirements: � The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in a building to be constructed for the Government�s use. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. � The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government�s intended use. � A fully serviced lease is required. � Offered space and sites shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. � Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within 1/4 of a mile of the premises, pedestrian accessible. � Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibility requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
