Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Boyers Delineated Area: Start at the intersection of Interstate 376 and Pulaski Road and the travel south down 376 until it connects with Route 68. Travel east along Route 68 until meets Interstate 76 and then travel southeast along 76 until it meets with Freshcorn Road. Travel northeast along Freshcorn Road and continue on to Zehner School Road. Travel northeast along Zehner School Road and continue along Route 528. Stay on Route 528 as it turns into Route 68 and then continue east along Brownsdale Road. Continue on Brownsdale Road until it intersects with Route 8 and then continue east on Dinnerbell Road. Continue on that road until you reach Route 356 and then take 356 to connect to Bonniebrook Road. Travel northwards along Bonniebrook road until it connects with Route 68 and travel northeast along Route 68 until it connects with Route 268. Travel north along Route 268 and continue north as it connects to Main Steet and then Petrolia Street. Continue north along Route 268 until it intersects with Parker Pike. Continue northwest along Parker Pike until it connects with Route 58. Travel west along Route 58 until it intersects with Route 8. Travel south down Route 8 until it intersects with Route 108. Travel southwest along Route 108 until it intersects with Route 19. Travel north along Route 19 to connect with Route 956. Travel west along Route 956 until it connects with Interstate 376. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 73,500 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 73,500 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 83 Parking Spaces (Surface): 80 Parking Spaces (Structured): 3 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 0 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Boyers, Pennsylvania that will be expiring. The Government has determined that, for mission- related and economic reasons, it is advantageous to exercise an existing 5-year renewal option. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating. These costs include physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
