SOURCES SOUGHT:� 6982AF22B000023 SOLICITATION NUMBER:� 6982AF22SS0014 PROJECT DETAILS:� AZ FLAP SR181(1), Chiricahua Access Road THIS PROJECT WILL BE ADVERTISED AS HUBZONE SET-ASIDE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID - PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. PROJECT NUMBER:� AZ FLAP SR181(1) PROJECT NAME:� Chiricahua Access Road PROJECT DESCRIPTION:� This project consists of the rehabilitation (3R) of approximately 3 miles of Arizona State Route 181 leading to Chiricahua National Monument within Cochise County, Arizona.� SCOPE OF THE WORK:� This project consists of pulverization and paving of approximately 3 miles of existing asphalt paved roadway with some minor widening. Work also includes drainage improvements (new pipe culverts ranging from 18-inch to 36-inch diameter), and new guardrail installation.� PRINCIPAL WORK ITEMS: Approximate quantities for major work items: 12,500 tons of asphalt concrete pavement, gyratory mix, 5,750 tons of aggregate base,� 6,000 cubic yards of sub excavation, 11,000 cubic yards of roadway excavation, 400 linear feet of guardrail, 100 cubic yards of riprap, and 900 linear feet of metal pipe culverts. ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE:� Advertise:� Mid October 2022 Award:� Mid December 2022 Construction:� Mid January 2023 COST RANGE:� The anticipated cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
