- 13 SEP 2022 - 3 technical documents were added to the Attachments section. Attachment 0001 Price Matrix has been updated for cosmetic changes. The document previously listed fiscal years underneath each ordering period. Those ""fiscal years"" do not represent the timeline of this solicitation. Please refer to Section A or Section B of the original RFP document for the award dates for each ordering period. The Question/Answer document has been updated. A formal Amendment will follow to extend the Proposal due date to 23 SEP 2022 at 4:00pm CST.� 08 SEP 2022 - The most updated version of the question and answer sheet has been posted. Select questions remain unanswered. All are anticipated to be answered by COB 09 SEP 2022. The period for question submissions has been extended to 15 SEP 2022 at 4:00pm CST. The proposal date will also be formally updated with Amendment 0004. Proposals are no longer due 09 SEP 2022. Please keep any previously distributed DOD Safe links as they are good for 14 days after being sent. If a vendor requires a new link after that timeframe or needs to request one, Please email the Contract Specialist Chelsey.m.love.civ@army.mil.� 07 SEP 2022 - An updated version of the Question and Answers sheet has been posted. The USG is still reviewing some of the questions, so not all have been answered. A revised due date for additional questions and proposal submissions will be provided by the once the USG answers the remainder of the questions. If needed, new DOD SAFE links will be sent to intrested vendors once submission deadlines are revised.� 02 Sep 2022 - ACC-RI has received updated questions and has posted the most recent questions and answer sheet. Please note the the USG is reviewing some of the questions at this time.� 26 Aug 2022 - Amendment 0003 has been posted as well as 2 updated documents, Exhibits A and B. Due date for questions is 2 SEP 2022 and due date for proposals is now 9 SEP 2022.� 16 AUG 2022 - ACC - RI anticipated the posting of amendment 0003 for this solicitation by 8/19/2022. Due dates for questions and proposals will be updated at the time of posting.� Amendment 0002 updates the due date for questions and proposals� to the following: All questions will be due by 1600 CST, 12 August, 2022. All proposal submissions will be due by 1600 CST, 29 August, 2022. 29 JUL 2022 - ACC-RI has found errors in the technical part of the solicitation that will require a formal amendment. A formal extension to the question period and proposal due date is anticipated by 01 AUG 2022.� Amendment 0001 - Updates Attachments 0001 and 0002, and adds the drawings for the 81mm Flash Bang.� Please see the file titled ""Solicitation Questions and Answers"" for addition inquiries that have been responded to for this solicitation.� The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS), requests a proposal for 60mm / 81mm / 120mm / 105mm / 155mm (Main & Drogue) Parachutes for Artillery and Mortar Illuminating Ammunition, and 81mm Flash Bang Munition Parachutes. This award shall support the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), and potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements. The contractor(s) shall provide all material, equipment and facilities to provide to the contract requirements. NOTICE OF BEST VALUE CRITERIA. All Offerors are hereby notified that award of this acquisition will not be based on price alone, but on a trade-off process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1, in which evaluation will be based on the criteria set forth in Section M. Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-22-R-0001 in accordance with(IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3(b)(1)(iv)(B), is restricted to the U.S., its outlying areas, and Canada. IAW FAR 19, this solicitation will be a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. As a result of this solicitation, the U.S. Government intends to award up to two (2) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with 5, one - year Ordering Periods (OP).
