- Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0009 1. The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation closing date from 10 September 2022 to 16 September 2022. 2. Interested Offerors may submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-21-Q-0009 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. 3. Except as specifically provided in this amendment, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ---------------------- The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation W56HZV-21-Q-0009 intended to result in the award of a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 18-month Requirements contract with additional 6-month option period for the estimated supplies specified: ���� Noun: TOOL KIT, DIRECT SUPPORT ���� NSN:�� 5180-01-587-6925 ���� Part Number: 3624739 ���� Estimated Maximum Quantity: 6 EA ���� Level of Preservation / Level of Packing: Military / B ���� Inspection / Acceptance / FOB Point: Origin / Origin / Destination For proposal to be considered, please review the solicitation in its entirety and complete all required and applicable sections before submission. All Proposals must be submitted via email to Contract Specialist, Lisa Roulo, lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W56HZV-21-Q-0009 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. NOTE: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
