- This is a notice of intent to sole source. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)1600 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta Georiga 30341�intends to sole source; in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has the intent to award a sole source firm fixed price service contract to Life Technologies Corporation, 3175 Staley Road Grand Island,New York 14072 USA,. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541990 . The purpose of this procurement is to purchase a Quant Studio 6 Pro Real-Time PCR instrument 0.2 ml format. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within�three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any responses or capabilites �should be emailed to the contract specialist Jasmine Register at nee5@cdc.gov by 12:00PM�on the due date listed.
