- Requirement Title: Brand Name or Equal To: Kimbal Physics Basic Complete mounted FRA-2X1-2/EGPS-1011 System 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial product/services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n): Brand Name or Equal Request for Quotation (RFQ), as indicated in Government Specifications, Attachment 1 titled: Brand Name or Equal To: Kimbal Physics Basic Complete mounted FRA-2X1-2/EGPS-1011 System. Must meet minimum Specifications per Attachment 1. 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-05, dated 7 March 2022. 4. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business Competition. 5. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing 6. The Size Standard - 1000 Employees. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes. 7. The Product Service Code (PSC): 6655 - Geophysical Instruments Please see attachments for specifications.�
