Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE for ViaSat UH IW Upgrade support for one year. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for ViaSat, Inc. This is for upgrades to proprietary equipment which can only be done by ViaSat, Inc. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quatiation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 9:15 AM EST on 21 Sep 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaulated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
