IF OFFEROR IS A GSA SCHEDULE HOLDER, ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED IN THIS NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED, NOT JUST THE OFFEROR S SCHEDULE NUMBER The following is a list of the contract line-item numbers, quantities and units of measure including options. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 (6/05/2020) and can be found at http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541410, Interior Design Services, with a small business size standard of $8 Million. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information is at www.sam.gov. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Coatesville, Pennsylvania requires a contract to move and assemble furniture for the Coatesville VAMC and two CBOCs located within 50 miles, located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320, to include all necessary resources required to perform services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This service shall include all resources necessary to successfully staff, operate, maintain, and support the requirement within commercial standards. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Supplemental Instructions to Offerors applies to this acquisition: Evaluation Criteria for Award The Government will perform an evaluation of the above factors to determine which contractor provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) for the requested services. Quotes will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis for adherence to technical requirements. Of the quotes that pass the technical evaluation, the lowest priced will be selected for award.
