Please see the attached solicitation package for the subject project at the Richard Bolling Federal Building, 601 E. 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106 This Solicitation is set-aside Small Businesses, in accordance with FAR 19 The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. If you would like to bid on this project, please fill out and sign the attached SF1449 and email to daniel.talbert@gsa.gov & lea-suzanne.avila@gsa.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. CT, Monday, September 19, 2022. The SF1449 should include a detailed quote, but not be limited to, if applicable, separate labor and material costs, subcontractor fees, and overhead and profit rate if applicable.
