- Description
- The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to L.N Curtis & Sons 185 Lennon Lane #110 Walnut Creek, CA 94598-2594 for Fire Helmets.� This is a special notice in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-3(b)(3)(i).� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113- Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing.� Here the Government intends to sole source this requirement to L.N. Curtis & Sons in response to para 4.2.7 of AFI 32-2001 which establishes a mandatory source for this requirement.� It should be noted that L.N Curtis� IDIQ contract (FA805617D004) expired on 9/12/2022; however the AFI remains applicable.� The Government will therefore issue a purchase order to L.N. Curtis for that reason. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for ten (10) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
