- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to use the procedures in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is hereby issued as RFQ No. NWWG3401-22-233. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, Commerce Acquisition Regulations (CAR) and NOAA Acquisition Manual version 12.3. This is set-aside 100% for a Small Business. The requirement�s North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables; the corresponding size standard is 750 Employees.� The resultant Purchase Order (PO) will be a firm-fixed price PO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Reconditioning Center (NRC) intends to request from a distributor/reseller the manufacture of 16 each 470_ASOS Setra Systems Inc. Digital Pressure Transducer, ASN: S100-1A6A1-1, NSN: 6685-01-424-0671. �Prospective vendors must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete this requirement for the equipment listed. The Government reserves the right not to award a PO for this requirement. Delivery Terms: The offeror�s quoted delivery terms will be evaluated. Provide a detailed production plan for the receipt of the equipment including delivery timeframe (X weeks after the contractor�s receipt of a signed PO). The more detailed the plan; NWS shall look upon it more favorably. The sooner the product can be received as well as pass acceptance by NRCs QC unit as meeting the requirements the better. Faster/earlier delivery terms will be evaluated more favorably but you shall be required to meet these delivery terms. Price:� The offeror�s quoted price shall be all-inclusive firm fixed pricing, including shipping costs, if applicable, for the listed products for this RFQ. �Place of Acceptance is: National Reconditioning Center, 14200 Merritt Rd, Grandview, MO 64030. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all lines which will include shipping and any discount terms. Addendum to FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Items The offeror MUST submit all of the following information with their quote package in order to be considered compliant to this RFQ. Quote shall be in writing and valid for at least 30 calendar days from the closing of this posting. Include the quote expiration date on the quote. Quote shall also include the following information: Company name and address, Unique Entity ID number and associated CAGE code, Point of Contact with email address and telephone number. Also include in your quote: pricing which shall be inclusive of all costs including shipping costs and product description for the line item listed above IAW the specifications by Setra Systems Inc. Delivery terms for the receipt to our facility of the products. Your response to CAR clause 1352.209-74, Organizational Conflict of Interest � Warrant and Disclosure, attached. In order to be considered for award, you must submit a quote IAW the requirements listed above. If you do not submit all of the requested items you may be considered non-compliant. ***PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY THE INFORMATION REQUESTED ABOVE. THERE IS NO NEED TO SUBMIT ALL PAGES OF THIS SOLICITATION *** All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
