Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to ProQuest LLC, 789 E Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor, MI 48108-3218, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for an annual subscription to ProQuest Legislative Insight - a comprehensive US law legislative histories database supporting ITC legal community and Commission offices. Importantly, access to all hearings, committee prints, and versions of bills are easily accessible. ProQuest provides a persistent link feature which allows users to share documents that normally would be too large to share via email.
