Description

Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Office of International Affairs (DCO-I) intends to award a sole source purchase order for the attendance and participation of a USCG female Officer in the Halifax International Security Forum's Peace with Women Fellowship from October 22, 2022 to November 21, 2022. This fellowship brings together senior, active-duty female military officers from NATO member and partner countries for a 3-week executive tour of the political and technological capitals of the United States and Canada.� The fellowship concludes with the annual Halifax International Security Forum, where fellows will participate in conversations that shape the future of democracy and global security. Halifax International Security Forum is the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
