Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source Under FAR 19.1506 The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (DOT/Volpe Center) Cambridge, MA, intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Arch Street Communications, Inc, in accordance with FAR 19.1506. Under this FAR part Arch Street Communications, Inc. was identified in market research as the only Woman Owned Small business that can offer stakeholder analysis and communication strategy to help FMCSA target safety and educational program outreach to underserved and underrepresented populations under NAISC 541910 for Marketing Research in the timeframe needed within the Statement of Work. Responsible parties, who believe they can adequacy provide the services found within this combined synopsis please respond to the Government POC by 2:00 PM Eastern Time September 20th, 2022. Responses shall include contractors� capabilities to provide the services outlined in accordance with the statement of Work. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �Solicitation No. 6913G622Q300051 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). � This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07, effective 08/10/2022. �The NAICS Code is 541910; the Small Business size standard is $20 million. � The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) Cambridge, MA, intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Arch Street Communications, Inc, in accordance with FAR 19.1506. The Volpe Center has a requirement for Organizational Climate Assessment in accordance with the tasks described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This combined synopsis/solicitation hereby incorporates all Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses contained herein.
