- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 47PE0222R0032 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Site visit has been scheduled for August 30, 2022. 10:00 AM, Location Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth St SW, Atlanta GA 30303. Please arrive early to pass through Security Checkpoint. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-55. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561710 and small business size standard is $12.0 million.�� This requirement will be awarded using Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures in accordance with FAR part 12. Award will be made based on Technical Proposal, Past Performance, and Price. The intent of this contract is to select a contractor who will provide SNAFC pest control, building cleaning, Carpet Cleaning/Sanitation, and Technician On-Site, Rodent Inspection Reporting, and Eradication of rodent�s services at the SNAFC 100 Alabama Street SW Atlanta GA 30303-8701. The contractor shall provide technical personnel to be on site for the year of this Project Monday-Friday. During this period technical staff will provide routine visits to trap locations on all floors to verify activity, replace/rebait/monitor catches, report findings and make adjustments to accommodate reports of rodents caught by removing them from trapped location.� Contractor shall provide cleaning services to removal of rodent harborage areas, removal of nesting sites as well as food and sites foods are stored. Plants and any other food attractant will be disposed of during this process also. Plants, bags, excess papers etc. will be disposed of. Removal of rodent droppings and urine from file drawers, pedestal cabinets, workstations, cubicles, overhead bins and desktops. Prices derived from sqft of the building.� The contractor shall also provide a Technical Staff to routinely inspect tenant floors during the entire year on a rotational basis to ensure no activity is present. Traps will stay in place during this projects period to aid in monitoring activity. Exterior inspections for entry points findings will be done routinely with findings being addressed in reporting. Reports of units inspected with findings shared at each month reporting to the Services Center. This process will take place after trapping has started and throughout the cleaning, sanitation process until the end of this project.� The contractor price in all three areas of services shall include technical staff, equipment, and monitoring for this proposal. Services are desired as soon as possible. Contractors are encouraged to submit a project timeline with quote. 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference.
