Description: The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except Government-provided sources) to perform all the work consisting of replacing the reinforced concrete box culvert on Forest Service Road NFSR 779-1 at Horse Creek crossing. The project is located on the Medora Ranger District in Slope County, ND. Work shall include demolition of an existing 4-sided box culvert, regrading and armoring existing road approaches, installation of 20� span, 7� rise precast reinforced concrete box culvert. All work shall be in accordance with the supplied drawings, specifications and bid schedule
