- The Texas Air National Guard (TXANG) seeks to maximize recruiting efforts in four (4) major markets within the state of Texas through a billboard advertising campaign. The surrouding details regarding this requirement are included in the attached Statement of Need (SON) ,dated 26 July 2022. ""Instructions to Quoters"" and ""Evaluation Factors"" are defined within the body of the attached Solicitation (W50S7622Q0002), beginning on page 30 of the document. Please submit any questions pertaining to this matter by 2:00PM CDT on 4 August 2022.
