Description

U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt Solicitation N0042122Q0587 (attached) is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation with an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with EMS Development Corporation for Radio Frequency Interference Filters, as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This is a firm fixed-price procurement. Therefore, the Offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. This notice is intent to sole source with EMS Development Corporation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00 p.m. EST 20 September 2022. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
