Description

TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This pre-solicitation synopsis constitutes posting of a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the� requirement in support of the Logistics Support Facility Management� Activity (LSFMA) to provide�support to aviation and missile systems including legacy systems and variants for Army Aviation Systems operated by other Government agencies and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries. It includes recurring and nonrecurring service support associated with aviation, aviation systems supporting aviation customers, and missile systems.� This requirement will be performed and managed within Huntsville-Decatur, AL Combined Statistical Area (CSA) (290), Albertville, AL Micropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) (10700), and Scottsboro, AL MSA (42460) surrounding Redstone Arsenal, AL (RSA), hereafter referred to as the Redstone AOR.� Refer to the attached DRAFT RFP for further details concerning the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements along with other applicable attachments. This opportunity was previously published as a Request for Information (RFI) under Notice ID: PANRSA-21-P-0000005341. The information received in response to the RFI has resulted in the determination that the procurement will be processed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19.5.� It is anticipated that Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts where Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) ,Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) or a combination of both task orders can be issued resulting from the formal competitive solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 488190, Other Support Activities and Air Transportation with a dollar standard for this NAICS of $35M.� The Government will review the feedback and questions received in response to the DRAFT RFP for the development of the formal RFP. The Government anticipates release of the formal RFP TBD. The Government is not soliciting and will not evaluate any offeror proposals received in response to the DRAFT RFP.
