Posting the Abstract for Solicitation Number FA252122B0019 Demolition�Idefinite Delivery Idefinite Quantity. Amendment 02: Please reference the following changes to Solicitation FA252122B0019 Idefinite Delivery Idefinite Quantity. 1. Extend the Bid Due date to 19 September 2022 at 10:00 am. 2. Bid Opening on 19 September 2022 will take place at 3:00 pm with the same Call-in Number 321-494-0940. 3. Correct Amendment 01 pricing sheet from Attachment 01 to Attachment 03. 4. Correct Section L-4.5(b) Demo IDIQ Price List from Attachment 11 to Attachment 03. 5. Attach responses to Questions, reference Attachment 06. Amendment 01:� Please reference the following changes to Solicitation FA252122B0019 Idefinite Delivery Idefinite Quantity 1. Attach the correct Demo IDIQ Pricing Sheet named Atch 01. 2. Correct the Contract Specialist email in FAR 52.236-27 Alt 1 to bilkis.dinally@spaceforce.mil. 3. Attach the Site Visit Record of Attendance. 4. Update solicitation Clauses and Provisions. 5. Updated Section G & Section F. Please reference the change in the Demo Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Solicitation Number from FA252122B0016 to FA252122B0019 from here forward, due to a contracting writing system error. The Scope of Work to be performed under this project is located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB) and various facilities operated by the 45th Space Launch Delta in other parts of Brevard County and Martin County, Florida. CCSFS is located at the end of State Road 401, north of Port Canaveral. PSFB is located approximately three miles south of Cocoa Beach on State Road A1A. The work under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations in connection with the IDIQ Building Demolition Contract. Demolition work includes removal, transportation and disposal of all items to be demolished, as well as restoration of site demolition as indicated in drawings and scope of work document. Facility/Site Specific Construction Documents/Drawings, which are to be issued at each delivery order. Period of Performance: 3-Years Ordering Period, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
