REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) � F-15SA Test Set Repairs, Pliers, and Modification Kits The F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Conversion Branch (WAQI), F-15 FMS Division, Fighters and Advance Aircraft Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Robins AFB, GA is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify companies that have the capabilities to provide repairs for assets identified in Appendix A for F-15SA Stores Management Systems Test Sets and Stores Management Subsystems Test Sets. This RFI also includes procurement of pliers and modification kits as described in Appendix B. �This RFI is to support the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15SA operations by providing parts and repairs to support the sixty-eight (68) converted F-15SA configurations. This RFI is to solicit industry input on identifying possible vendors able to provide the repairs, parts, and modification kits required for these assets and the estimated lead time to repair/supply these assets. The acquisition and contract strategy have yet to be finalized, and this survey will be one of the factors used by the Government in the acquisition planning process.� This is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA).� This is a market research survey to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining an acquisition strategy and contract strategy.� Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this RFI. The Government requests interested parties submit a statement of their qualifications with respect to the criteria described herein.� To the maximum extent possible, please submit non-proprietary information.� Any proprietary information submitted should be identified as such and will be properly protected from disclosure. No classified information shall be submitted. Any response submitted by respondents to this RFI constitutes consent for that submission to be reviewed by Government personnel and/or Advisory & Assistance Services contractor employees supporting the F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Conversion Branch (WAQI), unless the respondent clearly objects in writing to the release of this information to Advisory & Assistance Services Contractor employees supporting the F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Sustainment Branch (WAQI), in a cover letter accompanying your capabilities package.
