Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. Fort Benning requires�Trauma Registry software service to support Martin Army Community Hospital. The contractor shall provide materials in accordance with Bill of Material at appendix A and section 4 of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide 24 hour telephone technical support via a toll-free number.� The contractor shall provide all necessary annual maintenance, service and support to ensure continuous operation and availability of the system. The contractor shall provide twenty-four hour a day seven day a week access to its help desk via a toll free telephone number to obtain support.
