COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION NOTICE SOLICITATION: N0018922Q0534 � DEVELOPMENT, INTEGRATION & SUPPORT SERVICES PSC: DA10 IT & Telecom � Business Application/Application Development Software As a Service September 20, 2022 NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk; 1968 Gilbert Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price award to IronClad Technology Services LLC under the authority of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Acquisition department�s Small Business Office concurs with this determination. The applicable NAICS is 511210 Software Publishers. The Small Business size standard is $41.5 million. This requirement is for a Financial Integration Database System to support mission readiness as required by the Commander, Naval Information Forces Command. Development of core support to be provided to NAVIFOR Resource Management. Core support consists of contractor efforts to provide support services in the fields of information technology systems and financial management operations. This synopsis notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations. All responsible sources may submit a quote to Amy Barnes via email at amy.m.barnes14.civ@us.navy.mil. A determination has been made by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action and this notice is solely for informational purposes. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
