The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside for Brand Name Stryker Gynnie Stretcher OR Equal Stretcher for Tomah VA Medical Center located in Tomah, Wisconsin. ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 2.00 EA STRETCHER, POWERED, GYNNIE STRYKER MODEL 1061 GYNNIE OB/GYN STRETCHER IS A WHEELED STRETCHER CONSISTING OF A PLATFORM MOUNTED ON A WHEELED FRAME TO TRANSPORT PATIENTS IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION WHILE PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR THE CLINICAL TREATMENT OR EXAMINATION OF PATIENTS WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF A HEALTHCARE FACILITY. THE DEVICE HAS SIDERAILS AND SUPPORTS FOR FLUID INFUSION DEVICES.
