- Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Sleep Study Lab at the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE), Walter Reed National Military Medical Center 8901 Wisconsin Ave., Bethesda, MD 20889 intends to�award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to�Nihon Kohden,15353 Barranca Pkwy, Irvine, California 92618.� � The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition,�FAR 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. The contract is intended to meet the WRNMMC Sleep Study Lab Department�s requirement for the replacement of the three current (PC) computers, and update the Polysmith Sleep System software programs on all three PC's. � The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 Software Publishers with a Small Business Size Standard: $41.5M.�This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.�
