Description

GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement of Audio/Visual (A/V) Equipment for the Eaker Center at Maxwell AFB, AL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHD91334AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions (see Attachment #2) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20220826 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2022-0701. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: 334310; Size Standard: 750 EMP IMPORTANT NOTES: THE GOVERNMENT IS SOLICITING FOR �OPEN MARKET� QUOTES ONLY. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) QUOTES OR OTHER GOVERNMENT-WIDE ACQUISITION CONTRACTS (GWAC) QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE NEW: NO REFURBISHED OR USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NATURE OF ACQUISITON Eaker Center requires the procurement of A/V equipment to replace the existing video and audio hardware, software, and cabling in building #1404 with a modern A/V over Internet Protocol in each room.
