- UPDATED DESCRIPTION AMENDMENT 0002 Portable Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) Reader System In Accordance With Attached Statement of Work The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for A Portable Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) Reader System In Accordance with the Attached Statement of Work to be delivered to the US Geological Survey, Denver, CO 80225, not later than 120 Days After Receipt of Order. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0122Q0156 will be issued on or about 8/15/2022 with written quotes due on or about 08/29/2022 at 8:00 AM ED. Amendment 0001 to the Request for Quotes will be issued on or about 08/30/2022. Amendment 0001 extends the due date of the quotes to 09/07/2022 at 08:00 AM ED, and removes the small business set-aside. Please review Amendment 0001 for all the changes. Amendment 0002 to the Request for Quotes will be issued on or about 09/21/2022. Amendment 0002 extends the due date of the quotes to 10/04/2022 at 08:00 AM ED and adds clause FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (APR 1984). Please see Amendment 0002 for all the changes. The small business set aside has been removed from this requirement (please see Amendment 0001). The NAICS code is 334516. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The anticipated award date of the award is 10/07/2022. A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/ to be awarded the purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Responses MUST be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov.
