- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.� The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement for the carpet supply to the U.S. Government owned and leased residences in Singapore. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. � The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. � Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted.� Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.�
