- INDUSTRY TECHNICAL INFORMATION EXCHANGE NOTICE M67854-23-I-2082 Description: Tactical Hardware & Infrastructure (TH&I) Operational Command Post (OCP) - Industry Technical Information Exchange. Purpose: Program Manager, Command and Control Systems (C2S), Portfolio Command Element Systems, Quantico, VA, will host an Industry Technical Information Exchange conference on 19 October 2022.� The TH&I OCP Industry Technical Information Exchange will provide industry a venue to brief and/or demonstrate their solution�s capabilities in response to recent OCP RFIs. Vendors will have the opportunity to directly brief TH&I personnel, as well as respond to questions from the OCP Team. This information will be leveraged for future market research and upcoming solicitations. Requirement: The requirement is in support of the TH&I OCP Project Team, which includes hardware under Combat Data Network (CDN) and software under Common Hosting Environment (CHE).� This requirement addresses those new capabilities required to facilitate Initial Operational Capability for OCP including both hardware and software. Conference Information: Attendance to this Industry Technical Information Exchange is recommended for all vendors interested in the TH&I requirement. � The Industry Technical Information Exchange will be CUI, therefore, attendance is limited to individuals who are only U.S. citizens and representatives of U.S. companies. �(Note: U.S. citizens who represent foreign interests assume a foreign national status and will not be admitted.) �Check-in for the Industry Technical Information Exchange begins 15 minutes before your assigned time slot.� Please provide appropriate identification when you arrive. �Identification can be a Common Access Card, Driver's License or Passport. REGISTRATION INFORMATION: If interested in attending the Industry Technical Information Exchange, please send an e-mail, with the Subject line ""TH&I � OCP Industry Technical Information Exchange"", to Ms. Abby Heider at marieabigail.heider@usmc.mil and Ms. Lisa Burns at lisa.burns@usmc.mil along with the completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for all attendees. The NDA has been posted to SAM.gov as an unrestricted document and can be downloaded. Individuals interested in attending Industry Technical Information Exchange must submit the following information by 12 October 2022 NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM EST: Company Name; Company Address; Name of Attendees: Attendees Phone Number; Attendees Title; Attendees E-mail address. �In reply to your email, you will receive your time slot to present your technical information. No phone calls will be accepted. The Industry Technical Information Exchange does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals or proposal abstracts. �In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. �Attendance at the Industry Technical Information Exchange is voluntary and is not required to propose to subsequent solicitations (if any) on this topic. The Government will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred to participate in this Industry Technical Information Exchange. �All updates will be posted via SAM.gov only.
