Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.603, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 dated 08/10/2022. This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price, 100% Total Small Business Set- Aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439 Other Metal Container Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Equipment Management Branch Department of Logistics at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, VA is seeking to purchase: 1. 45 Aluminum Mailbox 12 Doors Rack Ladder Systems, features include: Aluminum rack ladder system mailboxes for private access, Units are 23-1/4"" W x 12-1/8"" H x 15-1/2"", door size - 3-1/2"" W x 5-1/2"" H, and each door includes a 5 pin cylinder cam lock (with 2 keys) and�Numbers (sheets of 100) for the mailboxes. 2.� 540 Combination Locks for Aluminum Mailboxes which are 2-digit single dial combination lock with spring latch and automatic throw-off and combination numbers that can be changed by the owner. All interested companies shall provide quote(s) in accordance with Solicitation HT001422R0030 attached.
