- This RFP is associated with previously issued RFI number 19FS121N0001. Please see attachments for information regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP). If you have any questions regarding this RFP, please submit them via e-mail to GreeneDL@state.gov no later than August 11, 2022 at 12:00pm ET, Please include ""19FS1A22R0002: Administrative and Training Program Support Services"" in the e-mail subject line when submiting your questions. Please submit your Intent to Propose form (Appendix C) along with your questions.�The RFP submission closing date is Ocotber 25, 2022 at 16:00 ET. The purpose of this amendment 007 is to: 1. Extend the submission date from October 11, 2022 to October 25, 2022 by 4pm EST; 2. Issue the third and final round of Questions and Answers.; 3. Submit revised Appendix B Past Performance Information Form; 4. Submit revised Appendix E Wage Determination (WD 2015-4281 REV 24); 5. Submit revised complete RFP in accordance with changes made from the Q&A's; 6. Incorporate 8 additional labor categories into section B and section C1.7. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect. �
