- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-22-B-0024, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. General Information: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract.�The project consists of replacing exisitng HVAC units at Building 1401 at WSMR, NM. The contractor shall demonlish 27 units (3 of which are no longer in use) and install 26 units (2 of which are at new service locations). Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 180 calendar days after contract award has been issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330 (Size Standard $16.5 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
