Description

Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal, Technology Development Directorate � Aviation, located in Fort Eustis, Virginia, intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to Immix Technology; 8444 Westpark Dr. Ste200 Mclean, VA 22102 USA, to provide PTC Software Maintenance.� The period of performance of the purchase order will be twelve (12) months from the date of award. The anticipated award date is 20 September 2022.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR8.405-6(a)(1)(B). Soliciting from a Single Source. A justification to not compete this acquisition has been properly executed and is included with this notice. The justification addresses the requirements of FAR 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services with a size Standard of $30M.
