Description

Synopsis: The Department of Interior (DOI), National Park Service (NPS), Interior Region 1, Philadelphia Major Acquisition Buying Office (PA-MABO) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for INDE Bicentennial Bell Garden Restore. This construction project will be performed per the Technical Specifications and Drawings that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued within 15 days of this posting on SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. This procurement action is being solicited as a set aside for Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Small Business . The NAICS code is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts (this is a requirement for construction). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this requirement. SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
