The Government anticipates awarding a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer that conforms to all solicitation requirements.  Award without discussions is contemplated and all offerors are encouraged to submit their best offer with their initial submission.  Submitted offers shall not exceed 15 single-sided pages and any pages beyond this amount will be removed and not evaluated. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms, conditions. All quoters shall submit the following to be considered acceptable for award: Documentation that confirms the company/employee are manufacturer authorized resellers/distributors and installers of the quoted items. Documentation that confirms the company is registered and is the required socio-economic category in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at www.sam.gov If you are quoting/offering or equal items, the offeror must clearly identify the exact make, model, manufacturer, and item description for each line item to be considered. Quotes/offerors that do not provide an adequate description of how the equal product meets or exceeds the requested item(s) will not be considered for award. This is not applicable to offerors that are quoting EXACT MATCH items. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: ""The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."" OR ""The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:"" Quoters shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s), if any. Submission of your response shall be received not later than October 3, 2022, at 3:00 pm EST. Only electronic offers will be accepted.
