The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Enterprise Services Development Division (SD3), Defense Enterprise Office Solution (DEOS) Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking sources for Technical and Engineering Support for the DEOS program. DISA is seeking information from potential sources for the continued programmatic, operations, engineering, and technical support services from initial structure development through integration of current Department of Defense (DoD) infrastructure and applications with the Cloud Service Offeror (CSO) architecture. Support Services are required in the areas of Cyber Security Policies and Reports, Risk Analysis and Mitigation Strategies, Configuration Management, Life Cycle Costs Analyses and Service Desk Support. A working knowledge and expertise in traditional Information Technology (IT) and Cloud Computing infrastructure and architectural framework; infrastructure development and design; integration, testing, migration, and sustainment are mandatory. Additionally, knowledge and experience with unified capabilities to include voice, video, content management development, records management, collaboration services and productivity suites that span large footprints Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) are essential. The required support services encompass the entirety of the DoD user base, across Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Denied, Disconnected, Intermittent, and Limited Bandwidth (D-DIL), and future domains (optional) operations including all Combatant Commands, Services and Agencies (CC/S/As), with nearly four million projected total users. This continuation of services will ensure a smooth transition of the DEOS program from the Acquisitions phase to the Execution phase, and Operations phase as well as programmatic and engineering support to the implementation and migration phases as DEOS is adopted DoD-wide.
