- Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Program Contracting Activity Central September 27, 2022 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE (BRAND NAME ONLY) Santa Rosa - Package # 230 TMS System RFI ECMS ACTION NUMBER 36C776-22-AP-3238 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) System The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), National Activations Office (NAO) intends to issue a Brand Name Only solicitation for a MagVenture TMS system, the MagPro R30, and as shown in the table below. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting competition, soliciting from a single source (including brand name).
